In Collaboration with Le Bloomerie, Montalvo Arts Center and Catherine Leanne Photography, K. Saw Weddings is offering an Ultimate Elopement Experience dedicated to couples who have postponed their weddings due to the pandemic and for couples who would like to celebrate their union in a very intimate way. We understand how hard it is for you to walk away from the wedding of your dreams; and because of that, we are collaborating with our dream vendors who will work hand in hand to help you create beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.

How does it work?

Book an Elopement Service with K. Saw Weddings and we will take care of everything! Our standard package covers the highlights of an Elopement ceremony which includes A full Elopement planning by yours truly, two-hour exclusive use of Villa Montalvo, two- hour photography session by Catherine Leanne Photography, bespoke bouquet and boutonnière by Le Bloomerie and a 20-minute Elopement ceremony by an officiant in front of your two witnesses. A la carte options are being offered that will elevate your elopement experience.

Frequently asked questions.

 

• What is being covered on my Elopement package?

  • Can I choose my own vendor to be a part of my Elopement Ceremony?

Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome outside vendors as our service is designed as an All inclusive package where everything you need to have a memorable experience is set for you. Please check out my Elopement Services if this would be a better fit.

•Can I add a few things on my package?

Absolutely! We offer gorgeous details on our A la carte options that you can choose from to elevate your Elopement experience. As your wedding planner and stylist, I’m here to help you add a little more twist for the two of you!

• How do I book an All inclusive package?

Your vendors will be booked all at once but payments will be sent directly to your vendors.

•How will I know the cost of each vendor?

You will be provided an invoice with a breakdown of all the cost so you know the exact price (plus tax) of each vendor

Who will I send my payments to?

Payments will be sent directly to your vendors (except venue payment will be sent directly to KSW) through my guidance as your planner for your convenience.

• Where will I be getting ready?

You will be given an option to get ready at the Villa Montalvo if you’d like or feel free to come all dressed up and ready to go! We are offering a HMUA service by an award winning artist, Soyi Makeup as an A la carte option.

• Can I choose my own bouquet?

Absolutely! We would love to hear your vision. Our talented floral designer will create a one of a kind bouquet just for you!

  • Can I add more florals even if its just an elopement?

The answer is yes! And as your wedding planner and stylist, I am here to guide you with our mini design process! Want something more elevated? We can include a beautiful arch for you where you will exchange your vows!

• Can we make a toast as newlyweds?

We are all about anything sweet and bubbly! And as your elopement concierge, we’d love to make a toast! And cake is always a good idea in which we offer as a special a la carte option.

•Can we add anything extra that is not being offered on your a la carte options?

We will try the best we can to make your Elopement dreams come true! Make sure to communicate any special request you might have on a timely manner and we can try to accommodate your request, however additional fees may apply.

• Can I invite more guests on our Elopement ceremony?

Due to COVID-19, safety is our priority and we are limiting our number of guests into no more than two which are the witnesses of your elopement only. If you are interested in bringing in more guests, this will fall into a Microwedding category which is not part of our all inclusive package. Feel free to discuss this option to KSW.

• Do you have any special COVID restrictions?

The safety of our couples and their guests along with our team is our number one priority. The use of masks within all vendors will be strongly enforced at all times. Guests must wear masks except for photos/ toasts/ mini cocktail hour. A COVID screening form from KSW will be provided prior to your event and a returned signed form must be turned in prior to event.

•Can I cancel and/ or postpone my booking?

Your 50% non refundable retainer fee from KSW alone is required upon booking. You may cancel your booking two weeks prior to your event but your retainer fee will be nonrefundable. However, you may be able to postpone your booking and reschedule within the next 12 months. Other vendors (photography, florist and venue) will have their own separate policy in regards to postponement and cancellations.
